Email hello@lil-app.com and tell us what happened. We’ll get back to you.

My digest didn’t arrive

Start in Settings. Your digest lands on the day and time you chose, in your timezone, so check the schedule, and check that the weekly digest is still on and not paused.

Check your spam folder next. If it landed there, marking it as not spam keeps the next one out.

Then check your Google connection in Settings. If Lil’ has lost access to Gmail, it emails you a link to sign back in. Your contacts, picks, and notes are all still there, so one sign-in puts the digest back on schedule.

Still nothing? Hit reply on your last digest and say so, or email hello@lil-app.com.

A pick was wrong

In the digest, every pick carries Snooze, Already in touch, and Not right. Snooze rests someone for about six weeks. Already in touch rests them for a few months. Not right opens three choices: skip this week, never show again, or wrong person right now.

In the app, the ⋯ menu on a pick carries Already in touch, Try again next week, and Remove from network. Settings can restore anyone you remove.

Lil’ takes all of it into account the next time it picks.

How do I disconnect Gmail?

Settings, under Google. Disconnect ends Lil’s access, and the digest starts again whenever you reconnect.

Your contacts, picks, and notes stay put, so reconnecting carries on right where you left off. What Lil’ reads covers what the connection gives Lil’ access to.

Delete my data

Settings, under Delete account. It wipes your contacts, your picks, your notes, and your Google connection.

You get one email with a cancel link, good for seven days, and an Undo button in Settings for the same window, so you have room to change your mind.

Want a copy first? Settings has a download that gives you a JSON file of your contacts, picks, and settings.

From your iPhone

Open Settings in Lil’ and tap Email support. Your email app will open with Lil’s support address ready.
