   Who can use Lil’

   You may create an account if you are 18 or older. Some features require a paid plan.

   What Lil’ provides

   Lil’ helps you decide which relationships deserve attention, understand the evidence it has saved, and take a useful next step toward your goal. Lil’ does not guarantee a job, client, sale, promotion, reply, or other result. It does not send messages on your behalf. Reaching out is always your call.

   Your account

   Keep your credentials secure and provide an accurate email address. You are responsible for activity under your account.

   Plans and billing

   Lil’ offers a free plan and paid monthly and annual plans. Paid plans are billed in advance at the price and currency shown before purchase, plus any applicable tax. A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it.

   Cancellation and refunds

   Cancel a paid plan any time from Settings. Paid access continues through the end of the current paid month or year. Payments are normally non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund or KRT LLC approves one. If a full refund is issued, paid access ends immediately and future subscription charges stop. A partial courtesy refund does not change paid access.

   Your data

   You retain ownership of your data. By connecting Google, uploading a LinkedIn archive, or adding information in Lil’, you grant KRT LLC a limited license to process that data only to provide, secure, maintain, and improve Lil’. This includes Today, Ask Lil’, relationship guidance, briefs, notes, progress, and weekly email. Disconnect Google or delete your account at any time.

   Acceptable use

   Don’t use Lil’ to harass or spam. No unauthorized access to other users’ data. No reverse engineering. Comply with applicable law.

   Google API usage

   Revoke Lil’s Google access at myaccount.google.com/permissions anytime.

   Service changes

   Lil’ is provided as-is. Features may change. We will provide at least 14 days’ notice before shutting down the service.

    Limitation of liability

    KRT LLC’s total liability capped at $100. No indirect or punitive damages.

    Termination

    Either party may end the relationship at any time. You can delete your account from Settings. Account deletion ends access immediately and does not create a refund beyond the policy above.

    Governing law

    Minnesota law. Disputes in Minnesota courts.

    Changes

    14 days’ email notice for material changes.
